We process and ship orders within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During busy sales, processing may take up to 2–3 weeks. Please double-check your shipping address, as reshipping fees may apply.
All personalized products are made-to-order, so we typically cannot accept returns. If you’re not completely happy, contact us within 30 days with your order number and email, and we’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can resolve it quickly.
The 2026 Nourished Planner will begin shipping on November 17, 2026. As soon as it ships, you will be notified with tracking information.
