The Nourished Planner was created by two creatives, Heidi of FoodieCrush and Alexa of Simple Roots Wellness. Hello, and welcome! The truth is, we have just as difficult a time organizing our lives as you. We need this planner. We use this planner. Every single day.
We’ve both tried all sorts of day planners, calendars, white boards, online apps and handheld gadgets. Palm Pilot anyone? But none of them fit quite right. We knew there had to be a better way to plan our day and map out our future desires one step at a time. What we needed was something that gave us enough structure to guide us but didn’t paralyze us with rules and constraints. We wanted to put the focus on crossing off our to-do lists, creating healthy habits, finding better health, getting back into the kitchen, and chipping away one day at a time to achieve our dreams.
