Inside the NEW 2018 Nourished Planner

It’s here! The 2018 Nourished Planner planner pre-launch sale is officially on! Last year’s planner sold out so quickly we’ve decided to give our fave followers a head start to claim theirs before they ship. So we wanted to give you a quick run-down of what you can expect in this year’s version of the 2018 planner!

One of our favorite aspects of creating this years version was having all of your wonderful feedback! Starting with offering two sizes; the large 8×10″ planner {just like last year} and a smaller, more compact 6×7″ version. Both of which have front and back plastic covers to enhance protection and durability.

Maybe your favorite change is the additional two pockets we added. Yes, pockets because you asked and we listened.

We have to say our favorite part is the new content and features that are nestled inside each page of the Nourished Planner. We wanted to give you a peek inside the new planner and point out the new and existing features. So lets take a look inside!

Inside The Planner

Monthly Themes:

Our goal with the Nourished Planner is not just to help you organize your schedule but to create purpose for your life. To take your dreams, your wishes and your desires and create the steps to get out and live them. Even if that means learning to under-schedule your life by saying no to the unnecessary.

This year we have a year-long focus, broken down into monthly themes, that help you create your very own personal mission statement. Starting in January we help you understand what it is you value and every month after that help you sort through your life, getting rid of and adding in those things that have the greatest meaning. The things that drive you forward and help you take action in the direction you desire.

To help you get rid of what you think you should be doing and start to live in what you want to be doing.

The Monthly themes include:

  • A focus on a monthly topic that will lay the foundation for the weeks to follow.
  • Questions to help you develop a plan of action based on the monthly theme.
  • Space to write your next steps to work on in the weeks ahead.
  • A chart to help you map out what worked well and what didn’t in the previous months. Creating an outline of what you should do more of and what you should eliminate.
  • Space for ideas, notes and inspiration. A place and home for your thoughts, helping you have a safe place to store them and pull from them in the future.
  • Space to create a monthly bucket list, because why do we just reserve these for summer?

Getting out to live every single month is our mission.

Month at a Glance:

This is the overview of the entire month, including important and note-worthy holidays. Our favorite space to keep track of birthdays, activities, important project deadlines, content planning and more.

It also includes additional space for reminders, ideas, budgeting or whatever you need to keep track of on a month-to-month basis.

The Weekly Spread:

This is your home and place of daily action that will create the most change. The perfect balance of maximum value all while leaving plenty of white space for you to create, schedule and plan as you desire.

Inside the weekly spread you can find:

  • Daily meal planning space to keep track of your weeknight meals and everything in between.
  • Daily Top 5-To-Dos helping to eliminate overwhelm and prioritizing what really needs to get done.
  • White space for note-taking, planning, doodling, mapping or however you best structure your day-to-day life and map it out with your future.
  • Tips, tricks, hacks and quotes to inspire, guide and simplify your life.
  • Our FAVORITE addition is the weekly challenges.

The weekly challenges:

These challenges, located on the left side of the weekly spreads help break down the monthly themes into actionable steps. Steps to help you break busy and clutter, cut through the confusion and really allow you to live life fully.

To set aside the noise and bring back happiness. Ultimately, challenging you to live the life you’ve only wished you could. The most important of all, to help you end schedule shaming and step into living in happiness and not guilt.

Bullet Journaling Pages:

Last but not least we added additional bullet journaling pages. These pages are to be custom-made by you and for you. Whether you use them for doodling, for tracking habits, goals or budgets, space to create a mind map, map your future or you simply create lists of ideas and inspiration to keep you motivated and moving forward.

      Following through on meal plans is the hardest for me and following through on exercise plans is the second hardest. I suffer with DISH and spinal stenosis and I simply run out of steam and interest which turns into apathy, self guilt and laziness.
