The morning rush is real! No matter how early you set your alarm or if you have the perfect morning routine established, life still happens. Even if everything goes as planned, there really is nothing better than knowing breakfast is in the refrigerator waiting to be heated and served.

Because who wants to get out all the pots and pans just for breakfast?

The word breakfast literally means breaking-the-fast and as your mama always told you, it really is the most important meal of the day. This means we should make a designated effort to load up on all the nutrients and cut back on all the sugar to get the most bang for your buck providing tons of energy for the day ahead.
